Vincenzo De Toma


Vincenzo is a PhD Student at the Department of Physics of the University of Rome Tor Vergata, XXXIV Cycle.
His PhD Research project is in collaboration with ENEA Research Center of Frascati and CNR ARTOV ISMAR.
He works in the group of Luca Biferale, with Vincenzo Artale on the study of Physical Processes Governing Ocean's Heat Content Variability. His project is in collaboration with the EU project Copernicus Climate Change Service, C3S_511, regarding the validation of Satellite, in-situ and Reanalysis Data of Essential Climate Variables (ECV), for their inclusion in the Climate Data Store (CDS).

Vincenzo got his Batchelor and Master Degree in Physics at University of Rome La Sapienza, with a Statistical Mechanics oriented curriculum, with a Master thesis on the Study of Two Dimensional Hard Spheres near the Jamming Transition, under the supervision of Prof. Giorgio Parisi.
